• Solutions & Recommendations "redlines" on plans / scans / images
• Suggested Next Steps for your Home Safety Modifications

Premium Review & Summary

• 2-3 hour review of scans by our CAPS Architect (includes 3-8 rooms)

Aging in Place - House Plan Review

The house plan review is a virtual 30 minute client interview + 90 minute licensed architect review.

• "Home Assessment" Overview for successful Thriving in Place in your own home
• In-Depth Design Review of your House Plans (Floorplans + up to 5 photos you provide for 1-2 rooms to be reviewed)
