The perfect size (and cost effective design for construction) for a downsizing couple or a work from home situation. An open great room with fabulous sunlight all day long connects the kitchen, dining, and living areas facing large windows out to the covered porch with a roof overhang for weather and sunlight glare protection. A comfortable sized bathroom allows for a double sink or the removal of one for mobility access to the water closet, along with a full sized roll-in shower with seating and a handheld dual option shower. Easy access to the washer & dryer on pedestals, hidden behind barn doors, and on-grade entry from the covered carport. Access to the den/office through the master bedroom for your work privacy, or just a library & reading room respite. In the New Longevity many people are continuing to work into their 60’s and 70’s, and this comfortable 1 bedroom plus den would be a great solution!
