Description: Stay on task with your dream vision, your motivating mission, and your core values. They will adjust slightly over time, but the core of it won’t change much. Don’t lose sight of your WHY. That’s what keeps you sincere, authentic, and draws the right clients to you with your Aging in Place small business. It’s WHY you started in the first place. It’s why you want to keep that vision front and center in your windshield. Stay on the freeway that’s getting you where you want to go. Avoid the temptations of new and different “offramps” that veer you from your plan. Measure your Metrics. Keep honing your SOPs and your KPIs for efficiency and accountability, for you and your team. Engage your internal leadership in the creation, maintenance, tracking, and growth of your documentable metrics. It creates buy-in from the team, helps them understand that they matter and are a part of your proven success and growth plan. This is important for loyalty and retention as you scale your company. Documentation with your systems and your financials will give you the information you need to make calculated decisions on both internal upgrades, as well as new opportunities, when they arise (and they will). When you have mathematical data to review in consideration of new options, or refining existing ones, you’ll make less emotional decisions, which is good business practice across the board and in the boardroom.

    You will LEARN:

    1. How to keep your main vision, mission, and core values in the “front windshield” for your business and staff.
    2. Why documentation honing of your SOPs, and tracking and measuring your metrics via KPIs are the key to success.
    3. How to evaluate opportunities and when to take them, using math & historical data vs. “shiny object” emotions.
